Description

With over 450 acres and 130+ exotic cats, Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge is the largest big cat sanctuary in N. America, a non-profit organization providing lifetime homes for abandoned, abused and neglected 'big cats.' The USDA licensed refuge is one of the Top 10 Attractions in Arkansas and one of the most popular in Eureka Springs. Lions, cougars, tigers, and bears are displayed in large natural habitats surrounding the main compound enclosures and gift shop. Enjoy self-guided tours and popular daily feeding times range from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Interns' lead half-mile walking tours daily.
